AMBER GRAIN | Wealth of seeds

Amber Grain Embroidery is an ongoing, evolving collection that explores the intersection of raw natural materials, folk heritage, and contemporary bio-design. Rooted in the values of biodiversity, open knowledge sharing, and ecological reciprocity, the collection investigates how materials can be grown, rather than manufactured—highlighting roots not only as biological systems, but also as cultural and material metaphors.
At its core, the collection celebrates the wealth of seeds—as carriers of memory, resilience, and potential. Each seed holds a story, a lineage, and a promise of regeneration. By working with living systems, Amber Grain challenges conventional notions of fashion and invites a deeper reflection on the origin of the materials we wear and their intimate connection to our bodies.
The collection envisions textiles as part of broader material cycles—alive, ephemeral, and symbiotic with their environment—prompting us to rethink our relationship with nature through the lens of wearable ecosystems.
