PLANTS MATTER

In my work, plants are not passive resources, but collaborators. From the fibers to the dyes I extract, plants are the core material and conceptual thread running through my practice. They are carriers of memory, agents of transformation, and silent recorders of time.

In my research, I seek to reweave the broken bond between humans and plants, challenging the outdated separation between nature and culture. Through slow processes of fermentation, dyeing, and growing biomaterials, I aim to highlight the intelligence, resilience, and beauty of plants — not as background elements, but as vital co-creators in textile futures.
